I started Nick Heron Law because I believe estate planning should be simple, affordable, and straightforward.

For much of my career, I’ve worked in federal public service helping people navigate complex systems and important decisions. Along the way, I saw how difficult things can become when families aren’t prepared for the unexpected.

As a husband and father, planning for my own family reinforced those lessons. It also inspired me to build a law practice focused on giving other families the same peace of mind.

Today, I focus on South Carolina estate planning. Whether you need a simple will, revocable living trust, powers of attorney, or healthcare directives, my goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and stress-free.
